Try this delicious chocolate protein mug cake with over 27 g of protein. It is vegan, gluten free, no egg used, and makes the perfect chocolate protein dessert
Ingredients
– 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (45 g) (I use the vegan orgain powder)
– 1 tsp. baking powder
– 1/3 cup ground oats
– 2 tsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
– 1/2 cup almond milk (original, unsweetened)
– 3 tsp. maple syrup
Add all dry ingredients into a mug and stir to combine.Make sure that everything is mixed well.
Add the liquid ingredients and mix. Make sure to scrape off the sides and floor of the mug and combine everything.
Cook this chocolate mug cake in the microwave for 2 minutes, then let it cool for a few minutes and joy.
Add some fruits: Once the cake is cooked, you can add some fruits on top. Cherries and strawberries are a the perfect topping.
