Veggie Burgers Made with Beans and Grains Recipe-Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked beans (such as kidney beans, black beans, or chickpeas)
  • 1 cup cooked grains (such as quinoa, rice, or millet)
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
